1. Who We Are

mFasys is a technology company headquartered in Accra, Ghana. We provide software products and bespoke technology consultancy and development services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Services Offered

• Proprietary software platforms and digital tools
• Custom software development services
• Technology and digital transformation consultancy

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of our Services at our discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, trademarks, and technology associated with our Services are owned by or licensed to mFasys and protected by Ghanaian and international IP laws.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws, including Ghana's Data Protection Act
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Use Services to distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt our systems

6. Custom Software Projects

All custom software delivered under consulting engagements will be subject to separate contracts. Unless otherwise agreed, mFasys retains ownership of reusable frameworks and proprietary IP.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• Services are provided "as is" and "as available"
• mFasys is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the prior 12 months

8. Third-Party Services

We may integrate with third-party services (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processors). We are not responsible for their actions, terms, or privacy practices.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction located in Accra.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
